Ayden Capital was started in 2020 by Alex Montee after deciding to leave his corporate real estate job. Alex has purchased over 1000 Single Family homes in multiple different states.The name and colors of Ayden Capital have deep meaning as Ayden was Alex's son that he lost to heart failure in 2012 when he was only two. His favorite color was green, dubbed "Ayden Green".
Ayden Capital primarily buys houses and multifamily properties in Tulsa Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, but will look at anything in Oklahoma.

Alex Is from Tulsa Ok. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he moved to Fort Worth to start his real estate career. Alex worked all throughout DFW for almost a decade and developed his knowledge and vision there. Alex is an expert in Investment real estate, both single family and multifamily, traditional real estate, and real estate contract law. He has trained dozen of agents in both traditional and Non-traditional real estate in multiple different markets and economies.
Kendall was born and raised in Tulsa Oklahoma, so he knows this city better than most. With over 17 years of sales experience within different industries, it was an easy transition into acquisitions. After setting numerous records at AC, he now manages the Tulsa Branch with hopes of opening AC's first out of state office. Kendall resides in Broken Arrow with his wife and young daughter.
